I offer two branches of service to meet my clients’ needs – Geriatric Consultations and Geriatric Care Management.
What is a Geriatric Consultation?
In this meeting I talk with older adults and/or their families/loved ones about the current situation. Together, we prioritize concerns, review options and come up with a realistic care plan for both today and for the future.
What is Geriatric Care Management?
This involves overseeing the care needs of an older adult. I make sure that they are getting the services that they need and want. This often involves walking a very delicate line between safety, dignity and self-determination.
